Areas of Service

  • Religious trauma affects those who have experienced harm or distress related to their religious upbringing or involvement. It can manifest in various ways, including emotional distress, anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, or a sense of disconnection from or distrust in oneself or others.

Religious trauma, Spiritual Abuse, and Deconstruction can be complex and sensitive topics, and it is essential to work with a therapist who has experience in this area. I am a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and recognize that religious trauma can impact all areas of a person's life, including their relationships, career, and overall well-being. I work with clients to explore their experiences with religion and spirituality and how it has impacted their lives. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to process their feelings, beliefs, and experiences, and I help them develop coping strategies to manage the effects of religious trauma and work toward healing and growth.

  • Anxiety can have a significant impact on your life. It can feel debilitating and limiting.

In therapy, I work with clients to understand the root causes of their anxiety and develop personalized strategies to manage their symptoms. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings related to anxiety, and I help them learn practical skills to cope with their symptoms.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify anxiety triggers, reframe recurring worries, develop coping mechanisms, and create a preventative plan for moving forward. My goal is to help clients build resilience and confidence in managing their anxiety, enabling them to live a more fulfilling and empowered life.
