As a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) I understand the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your experiences and emotions. My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), with a focus on helping you accept and manage difficult thoughts and emotions, develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion, and achieve your goals.

About Me

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals discover their authentic selves and live fulfilling lives. I grew up and received my education in the South before moving to Chicago seven years ago. My professional experience ranges from working in the foster care system and child advocacy centers to college success centers and group private practices. Private practice is where I have been able to discover my love of working with adults experiencing anxiety and trauma recovery.

Drawing from my personal experience of leaving a fundamentalist religion, I understand the challenges that come with navigating difficult life transitions and finding one's authentic path. Since embracing my own values and living an authentic life, I have found a greater sense of peace, stability, and calm.
