Your health insurance plan may cover all or a portion of services received. I will verify your benefits prior to your first session, but you are still encouraged to contact your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits.
If out-of-network insurance is used, full payment is due at the time of service. I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and a Good Faith Estimate to let you know what you can expect to pay for services.

What to Expect
-
When you first reach out you will have a free 15-minute consultation to go over any questions you have and ensure that working together would be a good fit for your needs.
-
The first session is an “Intake session,” where I will take a comprehensive history and get to know the big picture of your life and what brings you to therapy. Together, we will create a vision of your goals in therapy and develop a plan to move toward them.
-
Each 50 minute session is uniquely catered to your needs and goals.
Sessions can range from giving you a space to vent and process you emotions, to problem solving a specific situation, to getting curious about your early life impacts, to learning new techniques to address your anxiety, and so much more.
Each session I will check in on what would feel most helpful or approachable to you.
Sessions generally occur once a week or every other week.
